We're sorry you're experiencing this error!

If you attempted to place an order and it didn't go through due to an error but still see a pending charge on your card anyway, there is no need to worry! We recommend that you try placing the order again, and it will simply fulfill the pre-auth charge and become approved. However, if you choose to not try again, the pending charge should drop within a week.
